Where are you located and can I pickup my table from your office?
Our office is located in Miami, Florida. Our tables, however, ship directly from the manufacturers in California and across the U.S., which saves you time and money. If you would like to order an Earthlite, InnerStrength, or Stronglite table, you may order online and pick it up in Vista, CA which is near Oceanside/San Diego. For Custom Craftwork tables you can pick up the table in Eugene, Oregon. To schedule a pickup, please order online as usual, then send us an email stating you would like to pick it up and we will notify you when your order is ready which is usually 1-2 business days if your item is in stock.
Do you ship to Canada?
Due to the intricacies of custom regulations, we only ship large orders to Canada. If you are looking to place a larger order for Canada, please reach out to us and we will enable a Canada custom cart checkout link.
Please note you will be responsible for all customs broker fees and duty taxes.
Do you ship Internationally?
Aside from a few exceptions to Canada, we do not ship internationally.

In-stock items are shipped 24-48 hours after we receive the order.
Ordering by Phone: Our friendly, knowledgeable staff will help you select your massage table equipment based on your individual needs. Can you ship to an APO Address?
At this time, we are unable to ship to APO addresses. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes due to the size of our products and for fraud prevention.
When will I be contacted to confirm my order?
We will send you a confirmation email immediately. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information as well. If your item ships freight line or requires manufacturing lead time, a BuyMassageTables.com representative will email you the order and lead time for delivery.
When will I be contacted regarding the delivery?
Immediately after your order has shipped, we will email you with your shipping information. For large orders including freight shipping orders and orders over 250lbs, our shipping company may call you prior to delivery to coordinate a convenient delivery time for you.
How do I check the status of my order?
As soon as your order ships we will email with your shipping information and tracking number. This allows you to easily track the daily progress of your order from our warehouse to your door step.
Do you have a catalog?
Our website works as our online catalog. We try to add products regularly to give you the best and widest possible selection. It would be difficult for us to keep a printed catalog current, since manufacturers constantly update their product lines. How do I know if an item is in stock?
Instead of having a warehouse full of inventory and having only certain colors, sizes and makes in stock, we have partnered with the manufacturers to have them directly ship your order to you. This means that as long as there isn't a problem on the manufacturer's side, you can assume that all massage tables and chairs listed on our website are in stock and ready to ship. Custom items take an additional 1-2 weeks to build and ship. If your item isn't in stock for whatever reason, we'll immediately contact you via phone or email to discuss alternatives. If we can't find a happy alternative, we'll happily refund 100% of your money.
Since we are an authorized dealer for all products that we carry, you will receive a full warranty on your purchase. There are no middle men--your warranty will be serviced directly by the manufacturer. Natural Touch delivers a high-quality leather look and feel, without the leather price.
How should I clean vinyl massage tables?
Quality vinyl is supple, easily cleaned, and wears well. Day-to-day soil, remove ordinary dirt and smudges with a mild soap and water solution and a clean, soft cloth, or towel.
- CLEAN your upholstered items when needed using a mild solution of 4:1 diluted non-alcohol cleaner such as Formula 409®, Fantastik®, or Green Windex®
- DISINFECT your fabric with Parker Labs Protex™ (EPA# 6836-152-82613), MADA Medical MadaCide-FD (EPA# 1130-15-11703), HealthLink® EZ-Kill® (EPA# 59894-10-67454 or Clorox® 10% household bleach solution (EPA# 5813-100) following the Manufacturer’s disinfection instructions.
- DO NOT use citrus based cleaners or other strong cleaners, such as alcohol, acetone, higher concentrations of bleach or other products that contain high concentrations of these substances.
- DO NOT expose the fabric to temperatures below 32°F/0°C or above 95°F/35°C.
- DO NOT expose the fabric to direct sunlight, adhesives, liquids, or abrasive materials.
FAILURE TO FOLLOW RECOMMENDATIONS WILL VOID THE WARRANTY ON THE FABRIC.
